Terms of Service

Requesting a quote isn't a binding contract — it's the start of a conversation. We'll review the details you send, ask any follow-up questions, and give you a clear price for the work. A booking is confirmed once we've agreed on the service, the date, and the price.

To clean your home or business, we need safe access at the scheduled time. Please let us know how we'll get in (you'll be there, a key, a code, or a lockbox) and tell us about pets, alarms, or any areas you'd like us to skip. If we can't access the space at the agreed time, we may need to reschedule.

Online payment is coming soon. For now, the way to get started is to request a free quote, and we'll arrange payment with you directly. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change as the scope of work changes.

Life happens — if you need to cancel or move an appointment, just let us know as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else. We'll do the same for you if something on our end changes, and we'll work with you to find a new time that fits.

We want you happy with the clean. If something was missed or didn't meet your expectations, tell us promptly and we'll come back to make it right. The sooner you let us know, the easier it is to put it right.

The photos, words, and other content on this site belong to Kylene’s Cleaning LLC. Please don't copy, resell, or reuse them without our permission. You're welcome to share links to our pages.

Please use the site and its forms in good faith — don't submit spam, abusive messages, or attempt to disrupt the site. We may decline or remove messages that are abusive or automated.

We're licensed and insured, and we treat your home and belongings with care. To the extent the law allows, Kylene’s Cleaning LLC isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as the business grows. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site means you're okay with the current version.
